We try to make our gift cards like you: totally awesome and flexible. Sometimes life happens and your epic present can't get used. No worries. We make our gift cards easy to give, easy to use, or easy to transfer. Just so you know the full details, here's the low down on our gift card terms and condition.
Gift cards purchased directly from Uninsured Skydive Monterey Bay Inc. d/b/a Skydive Monterey Bay do not expire and may be transferred. They are non-refundable except where cash redemption or another remedy is required by California law. Any promotional component is governed by the written promotion and applicable law.
Maybe your giftee unexpectedly has to move, or they're a little less adventurous than you expected, or your once soulmate is well....no longer in the picture. Life happens and things change. No worries. Well at least in regards to that skydive gift card.
Skydive Monterey Bay gift cards are completely transferable. If life gets in the way of your friend, family or partner's adventures, feel free to transfer it to anyone. Heck, gift it yourself. You're worth it.
Please note that a $50 deposit/person is required to make a booking using a gift card.
If your payment method is a Gift Card, please call to provide a credit card number for us to hold as a security deposit. Your card will only be charged if you do not arrive for your reservation on time, or you make a change to the reservation with less than 24 hours advance notice.
You can still make the booking online if so desired, but you will be required to pay the $50 deposit at that time. Per our Refund Policy, we will not refund for monies paid. If the gift card covers the entire balance of the jump, you can apply that balance toward video and photo services or gear store merchandise.
Bear in mind that the intended user of this skydive gift card must meet our tandem skydiving requirements.
All skydivers at Skydive Monterey Bay must:
- Be 18 years or older to skydive.
- Be in reasonable physical condition.
- Weigh no more than 200 LBs before weight restrictions apply. For those weighing more than 200 LBs, please call us to discuss.
Our skydive gift cards are transferable if something arises and the recipient does not meet these requirements.
The Skydive Monterey Bay trade name has been used by more than one legal operator. Older gift cards and gift certificates must be reviewed to identify the issuing entity before they can be accepted for a reservation. Please submit a copy of the certificate, purchaser name, issue date, and certificate or transaction number through our Older Certificate Review page. Submission for review does not establish acceptance, reissuance, or liability.
